Sending emails from your own domain

You can use your own domain as the From address for the newsletter campaigns you send with JungleMail for Office 365. To do this you will have to make some changes to your DNS records configuration and will have to send us an email on support@enovapoint.com asking for a "Value Copy".


If you would like to use JungleMail 365's built-in mail server with your custom sending domain, you should configure the DKIM record on your domain to authorize JungleMail to use your domain as the From addresses:

1. Navigate to your DNS records.

2. Add the following entry into your DNS records

Hostname: scph0617._domainkey.(your domain)
It would look something like this: scph0617._domainkey.enovapoint.com

Type: TXT

Value Copy: please send us an email with your domain name on support@enovapoint.com and we will provide you with a "Value Copy". This value is a single line without line breaks. The Value we send you will be valid for two weeks.

Note: please be aware that DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to register, depending on your DNS service provider.

3. Please notify us when you have added this information and the information supplied by us to your DNS records. We will check  the record and add your domain to JungleMail 365. Once that is done you will be able to use your domain as the From address for your future campaigns.
