Sending emails from your own domain

In this tutorial, you will learn how to configure JungleMail for Office 365 so that you can use your own domain in the "From" address.

Note

Sending from your own domain is only available when using JungleMail built-in server.


Configuration

To use JungleMail for Office 365 built-in mail server with your own domain, you have to create a DKIM record on your domain. Take the following steps:

1. Contact us and include the name of the domain you want to use in JungleMail for Office 365.

2. We will send you the following details: Type, Hostname, and Value.

3. In your domain's DNS settings, add a DKIM record (DNS TXT record) by copying the details we provided.

4. Notify us when you have added the DKIM record.

5. We'll verify the changes and finish the authorization process. Then, we will send you a confirmation letter, notifying that you can use this domain in the "From" address.

JungleMail Australia Mail Server

For our Australian cloud users we have an option to use the JungleMail SMTP server in Australia. By default the Australian Mail server will use the @jmaupost.com domain as your "From" address.

To send newsletters with your own domain, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us and include the name of the domain you want to use in JungleMail for Office 365.

2. We will send you the following details:  TypeHostname, and Value.

3. In your domain's DNS settings, add a DKIM record (DNS TXT record) by copying the details we provided.

4. Notify us when you have added the DKIM record.

5. We'll verify the changes and finish the authorization process. Then, we will send you a confirmation letter, notifying that you can use this domain in the "From" address.

In JungleMail Settings > Sending Accounts you should see your authorized domain in the list.

6. If you are sending newsletters internally, please whitelist the JungleMail Australia Mail Server IP address  52.189.236.102 by referring to our article.


JungleMail UK Mail Server

For our UK cloud users we have an option to use the JungleMail SMTP server in UK. By default the UK Mail server will use the @jmukpost.com domain as your "From" address.

To send newsletters with your own domain, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us and include the name of the domain you want to use in JungleMail for Office 365.

2. We will send you the following details:  Type, Hostname, and Value.

3. In your domain's DNS settings, add a DKIM record (DNS TXT record) by copying the details we provided.

4. Notify us when you have added the DKIM record.

5. We'll verify the changes and finish the authorization process. Then, we will send you a confirmation letter, notifying that you can use this domain in the "From" address.

In JungleMail Settings > Sending Accounts you should see your authorized domain in the list.

6. If you are sending newsletters internally, please whitelist the JungleMail UK Mail Server IP address 51.132.20.62 by referring to our article.


JungleMail Canada Mail Server

For our Canadian cloud users we have an option to use the JungleMail SMTP server in Canada. By default the Canadian Mail server will use the @jmcanadapost.com domain as your "From" address.

To send newsletters with your own domain, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us and include the name of the domain you want to use in JungleMail for Office 365.

2. We will send you the following details:  Type, Hostname, and Value.

3. In your domain's DNS settings, add a DKIM record (DNS TXT record) by copying the details we provided.

4. Notify us when you have added the DKIM record.

5. We'll verify the changes and finish the authorization process. Then, we will send you a confirmation letter, notifying that you can use this domain in the "From" address.

In JungleMail Settings > Sending Accounts you should see your authorized domain in the list.

For our European cloud users we have an option to use the JungleMail SMTP server in Europe. By default the European Mail server will use the @jmcanadapost.com domain as your "From" address.

To send newsletters with your own domain, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact us and include the name of the domain you want to use in JungleMail for Office 365.

2. We will send you the following details:  Type, Hostname, and Value.

3. In your domain's DNS settings, add a DKIM record (DNS TXT record) by copying the details we provided.

4. Notify us when you have added the DKIM record.

5. We'll verify the changes and finish the authorization process. Then, we will send you a confirmation letter, notifying that you can use this domain in the "From" address.

In JungleMail Settings > Sending Accounts you should see your authorized domain in the list.

6. If you are sending newsletters internally, please whitelist the JungleMail Europe Mail Server IP address 13.81.210.166 by referring to our article.
