Allowlisting JungleMail servers
If you are using JungleMail for Office 365 built-in mail server to send internal newsletters, you must update your organization's spam filter settings by allowlisting the built-in server IP address(es) to make sure your emails are delivered.

Note
JungleMail for Microsoft 365 services and JungleMail Mail servers are hosted on Microsoft's Azure Cloud servers.
Allowlisting IPs in Microsoft Defender portal
1. In the Microsoft Defender portal at https://security.microsoft.com, go to Email & Collaboration > Policies & Rules > Threat policies > Anti-spam in the Policies section. Or, to go directly to the Anti-spam policies page at https://security.microsoft.com/antispam.
2. On the Anti-spam policies page, select the Connection filter policy (Default) by clicking anywhere on the row but the checkbox itself. It will open a pop-up window. 
3. Select Edit connection filter policy

4. Add the JungleMail Mail server IP address(es) under the Always allow messages from the following IP addresses or address range: and click Save

5. The IP address should be visible under the IP Allow list

Important
In addition to allowlisting JungleMail servers, we strongly recommend adding your sending address to the Safe Senders List in Outlook. This will ensure the highest analytics report accuracy and automatic image downloading in your newsletters.
