Using the Comments block

The Comments block supplements the archiving functionality in JungleMail for Office 365 by helping engage discussions on the content of the archived newsletter in SharePoint. It’s a quick and easy tool to get feedback on the latest company policies, current events, or other topics.


To add the Comments block, take the following steps:

1. Go to JungleMail for Office 365 settings and enable Newsletter Archive. Also, check the Show Comments Block in Email Builder box.

2. In the builder, drag and drop the Comments block in the newsletter body.

Here's an example: 

3. To edit icon styling and ALT text, select the block, make the changes in the editor, and click Save.

When a recipient clicks on the icons, he is redirected to Comments section of the archived newsletter in a SharePoint list or library (depending on Archive settings).
