Employee Recognition

Native SharePoint features and JungleMail's integration with SharePoint can help you with employee recognition. Collect information about employee milestones, anniversaries via native SharePoint forms, and feature these employees in your newsletters.


Building a form

First, set up a form that will populate a SharePoint list with data about the employee milestone. You can refer to Microsoft's resources on how to set up a form here.

Once set up, you can share the form with appropriate employees. Data that is filled out will populate entries in a SharePoint list that JungleMail can connect to.


Connecting JungleMail with the form submission data

In JungleMail, connect a section of your newsletter with the data in SharePoint using the Item Picker or Dynamic Content

Once you connect a section, build your preferred layout using Merge Tags

The final result, depending on the Merge tags you used should look similar to this:
