Collaboration in JungleMail 365

This article will highlight how you can collaborate and work on templates or newsletter drafts together with other JungleMail 365 users. Collaboration will boost productivity of your newsletter creation process.

Collaborating on templates

To start collaborating on templates, you either need to create a new template or load an existing one.

  1. Open the Templates page and either select New template or Edit one of the existing ones
  2. You can invite other users to collaborate on the bottom left of the page by inviting the users directly or sending them a link to collaborate
  3. When collaborating on a template, you will see the changes other users are making in real time. You can also take advantage of the Chat feature available when collaborating

Collaborating on Newsletter drafts

You can also collaborate on the newsletters. The user that creates the newsletter will be able to adjust the sender and recipient details, load the template that will be sent out, and set up scheduling, email priority, and other settings. Other collaborators can work on editing the content and sending out preview emails for testing.

To Start the collaboration process, create a new newsletter and invite the users via the bottom left collaboration menu.

Only the user that created the newsletter will be able to adjust recipients, sender, and other settings, while other collaborators can work on content, and will see only the CONTENT and PREVIEW pages.

The collaborators can take over the newsletter editing capabilities if required via the bottom left collaboration menu:

If any of the collaborators take over the editing, they become the primary user and they will be able to adjust the sender, recipients, and other settings.
