What should I do if I reached my subscription plan limit?

When you reach the limit of your subscription plan the JungleMail for Office 365 app will stop sending emails. If you still need to send more emails you can consider updating your monthly sending limit. 

Note: unfortunately, we cannot charge you for each email sent over the limit. It is, therefore,  necessary to update your subscription.
