Can I add or remove recipients from the blacklist?

Yes, you can manually add or remove recipients from the blacklist in JungleMail for Office 365.

To manage your unsubscribed recipients, navigate to the Blocked Emails page to manage unsubscribed recipients. You can find this page by clicking Settings in the top right corner. Recipients in this list will never receive emails sent from JungleMail 365 on this site collection. 

To add to blacklist

Click Add unsubscribed email to add an email you want to block sending emails to. You can also add any additional comments.

To delete from blacklist

With the Action links on the right, you can manually remove an email address from the blacklist by clicking Delete.
